Q1. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find Go-to-market guidelines, Logos, Templates, Typography (Fonts) and more.

Q2. What could I do for my email signature?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q3. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q1. Important points to note regarding leave and attendance.

Effective 1 April 2025, all employee’s processes, tools, and benefits, including the leave structure, will transition to Turner & Townsend. The learning platform and performance review process will continue to be on Talent Coach.

Employees’ latest date of joining CBRE will be honoured by Turner & Townsend for the purpose of statutory benefits, privilege leave accumulation, privilege leave encashment as per the current policy, and long service awards.

Q2. Will my People Soft login change?

Your login credentials will remain unchanged for downloading previous payslips.

Q3. How will my existing leave balance will be considered?

Your annual leave accrued up to 31 March 2025 will be carried forward to the Turner & Townsend iTrent system. All leave applications and approvals will be processed through this system.

To apply for leave, please access the iTrent self-service system by logging in at www.turntown.com. Turner & Townsend will provide training for the e-leave system in due course.

Q4. I am on approved leave in April 2025. Will that be honoured?

Yes, any pre-approved leave will be honoured.

Q5. Who do I reach out to if have any queries regarding leave and attendance?

Please reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team in China.

Q6. Important points to note regarding payroll, reimbursement and taxation.

Transferred employees will transition to Turner & Townsend’s payroll process effective 1 April 2025.

After PJM employees transition to Turner & Townsend, you will continue to submit expense claims via MyFinance. For more details, please get in touch with your line manager and finance team.

Q7. Will there be any changes to the retrieval of payslips?

You can view your payroll by logging into the FESCO platform. Details will be shared in due course.

Q8. I have been receiving mobile allowance, but this is not included in my contract. Will I continue to receive this mobile allowance?

Yes, if you are currently receiving mobile allowance, this will continue.

Q9. How will Turner & Townsend handle the Social Insurance Base?

This will be aligned with the stipulated Social Insurance Base rate and process in the respective country/ location. To ensure the 2025 annual social insurance adjustment, your 2024 annual average income will be used from 1 April 2025.

Q10. What will the individual tax base be?

This will be aligned to the stipulated tax mechanics in the Country.

Q11. Are there any changes to the allowances and travel and expenses process?

There will be no change in the process. You will continue following the current process via MyFinance.

Q12. What will be the process of submitting expenses?

There will be no change in the process. Staff are still able to submit their expenses via MyFinance.

Q13. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding payroll, payslips, and other benefits?

Please reach out the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Q14. Important points to note regarding insurance.

There will be no changes to your insurance benefits coverage.

Q15. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including group life insurance, group accidental death and dismemberment insurance will remain unchanged as of 1 April 2025.

Q16. How will the pending and ongoing insurance claims be settled?

Any pending medical claim dated before 31 March 2025 will need to be submitted in the system on or before 31 March 2025.

Q17. Who should I contact for any insurance related queries or issues with claims?

Employees can reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Q18. Are there any changes to the annual medical checkup?

There are no changes to the coverage or insurer for the annual medical checkup. However, the 2025 annual health checkup period for the advisory team will be changed from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025. The service procedure will remain the same. The 2025 annual medical checkup for the GWS team remains unchanged.

Q20. Important points to note regarding performance management

There will be no change in the reporting structures within Turner & Townsend as of 1 April 2025.

Employees will continue to follow the existing performance management (Talent Coach) and appraisal process, guidelines, and timelines.

For the financial year 2024-25, performance appraisal and increments will occur in March/ April 2025, in line with CBRE’s performance management process timelines.

Goal planning forms and performance review forms will remain accessible to employees and managers on Talent Coach.

Q21. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as a result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Q22. Important points to note regarding learning and development.

All processes, tools, and benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1 April 2025.

Employees will retain access their learning hours history and learning assignments in Talent Coach and will continue to have access to all existing learning resources.

Q23. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity?

Employees will continue to have access to all existing learning resources, including the PMP certification under the new entity.

Q24. Important point to note for hiring and onboarding.

The process of raising job requisitions will follow Turner & Townsend’s hiring process.

Q25. Who should I contact for any hiring related queries or support?

Please reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team in China.

Q26. Other important information

Employees will continue to operate from same office/ client location under the new set up. Any change will be communicated to employees in advance.

Q27. Which employee handbook do I refer to if I have any questions?

For transferred employees, please continue to refer to the CBRE employee handbook.

Q28. Will my working hours be changed to the standard working hours?

You will continue to operate on the working hours per your discussion with your manager and project requirements.

Q29. Regarding the 2025/2026 bonus (paid out in April 2026), what is the bonus eligibility period?

The bonus eligibility period is from 1 January to 31 December 2025.

Q30. Who can I contact for additional support during this transition?

For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your regional heads or regional people business partners.

IT access and support

Q1. Important points to note regarding IT access and support.

Employees will continue to use their CBRE email address and domain IDs and will retain access to existing tools and platforms. Employees will receive a turntown.com email address in due course to access the iTrent self-service system for e-leave applications.

Employees will continue to use their current laptops and IT systems.

Q2. Will I be able to access my archived e-mails and current drives?

Yes, your access to current CBRE email will remain unchanged.

Q3. Will I be able to access the CBRE intranet and shared drives with other departments and global teams?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q4. Who should I contact for any IT related queries or support?

For People Soft or Talent Coach issues, please reach out to the same SPOCs for assistance. Otherwise, please reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team.
