Q1. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find Go-to-market guidelines, Logos, Templates, Typography (Fonts) and more.

Q2. What could I do for my email signature?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q3. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q4. What wording can I use in bids or proposals to explain the deal?

Q1. Will my PSID and LAMS login Credentials change? (CBRE team only)

Your PSID will remain the same, but you will receive new LAMS login credentials. The LAMS application interface and navigation remains unchanged for all employees.

Q2. How will my existing leave balance be considered? (CBRE team only)

Follow the current leave practice, maximum 6 days can be carried over and the carried over leave must be cleared by the end of March 2025.

Q3. I am on approved leave in January 2025. Will that be honoured? (CBRE team only)

Yes, any pre-approved leave will be honoured. However, from system’s perspective you may be required to reapply them in LAMS post 1st January 2025.

Q4. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding Leave and Attendance?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or individual following the current protocol.

Q5. Will there be any impact on my benefits under this transition?

All processes, tools, and benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1st January 2025.

Q6. How will the transition affect my retirement benefits? (CBRE team only)

All retirement benefits, including contributions to retirement plans, will continue as per current policies. There will be no disruption in the accumulation of your retirement benefits. Your MPF accrual benefits under CBRE Limited will be transferred to Turner & Townsend effective from 1st January 2025.

Q7. How will I receive my tax form? (CBRE team only)

Employees will receive two sets of tax forms for the 2024/2025 year of assessment. The IR56F for the period of April 2024 to December 2024 will be provided by CBRE Limited. The IR56B for the period of January 2025 to March 2025 will be issued by Turner & Townsend Limited.

Q8. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding payroll, payslips, and other benefits?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or individual following the current protocol.

Q9. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including Group Medical Insurance, Group Term Insurance, Group Accidental Insurance will remain unchanged as of 1st January 2025.

Q10. How will the pending and ongoing insurance claims be settled?

Follow the same process for your claims.

Q11. Am I still able to use my current medical card (Physical / e-card) after 1st January 2025? (CBRE team only)

A new medical card will be issued to you, which will be effective from 1st January 2025, for transferring your current medical insurance to Turner & Townsend Limited.

Q12. Who should I contact for any insurance related queries or issues with claims?

The SPOC for insurance related queries will remain unchanged. Employees can continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for any queries or support.

Q13. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as a result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Q14. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional Certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity? (CBRE team only)

Employees will continue to have access to all existing learning resources, including the PMP certification under the new entity. The service bond period will continue to apply.

Q15. Who should I contact for any hiring/ related queries or support?

Q16. What is the process for change of sponsorship from CBRE to Turner & Townsend in Hong Kong? (CBRE team only)

Turner & Townsend will submit the application for a change of sponsor on behalf of the work permit holders. The existing work permit remains valid until the Immigration Department approves the change of sponsorship application. If the change of sponsorship is still pending, the employee will continue to work under CBRE until the application is approved and issued.

Q17. How long does it take to process the change of sponsor application?

The processing time for the change of sponsor application typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. This duration can vary based on factors such as the completeness of the application, and whether additional documents or clarifications are required.

Q18. What happen if the change of sponsor application got delayed or rejected? (CBRE team only)

The employee shall continue to work under CBRE until the change of sponsor application is approved.

Q19. Who can I contact for additional support during this transition?

For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your Regional Heads or Regional People Business Partners, who will guide you to the appropriate resources.

Q1. Will I be able to access my achieved e-mails and current drives?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q2. Will I be able to access the CBRE intranet and shared drives with other departments and global teams?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q3. Who should I contact for any IT related queries or support?

The SPOC will remain unchanged, and employees may continue to reach out to same SPOCs for assistance.
