Q1. Who can I contact in India for additional support during this transition?

For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your local directors and regional HR team, who will guide you to the appropriate resources.

Q2. Any opportunities for CBRE Employees to travel across APAC geographies for short term or long term?

There will be opportunities to transfer between regions where there is a business need and visa restrictions allow.

Q3. Will there be a formal induction for all employees regarding the new process?

All processes and benefits for our employees will remain unchanged as of the transition date. Any changes or updates to policies or processes will be communicated to all employees in advance.

Q4. Will the ID cards be changing?

At this point there is no change to ID Cards

Q5. Is there a roadmap for beyond 2025? Currently, all clarifications extend only up to that year.

Further in 2025 both the teams will come together as one entity and will joint work on the harmonization. For now, the existing processes and policies will remain in effect. Information regarding 2025 and beyond will be shared progressively and communicated to all employees at the appropriate time.

Q6. How will our vendor staff be treated in the integrated entity after the transition?

Our vendor staff and other vendor partners are integral to our business and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. All contracts will continue to be treated favourably for our partners, just as they are today.

Q7. What does the future hold for CBRE's GC business?

The GC business will continue to operate as per current practice and structure.

Q9. What is the path forward for the ISO certification process after Day 1?

This process will remain same till the time a common process is harmonized at a joint entity level. Any change will be communicated to the concerned employees in advance.

Q10. What kind of impact shall be expected for overseas projects?

There is no expected impact of the transition on overseas projects. Instead, with CBRE and Turner & Townsend coming together as one team, there will be enhanced opportunities for the wider business and people teams.

Q11. After the integration, will we need to amend all our service agreements for billing purposes?

All existing service agreements with clients will continue to operate as they are in 2025. Any changes to the above will be notified through a proper channel in advance to the relevant CBRE and client stakeholders.

Q12. Will the client contract for seconded resources be modified?

All existing service agreements, including for seconded resources from CBRE to client will continue to operate as they are in 2025. Any changes to the above will be notified through a proper channel in advance to the relevant CBRE and client stakeholders.

Q13. When should we notify our current project clients about the integration of CBRE and Turner & Townsend?

Detailed client communications are being worked out and will be shared in due course with all the client through key client stakeholders.

Q14. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

Q15. What could I do for my email signature? Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q16. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q1. Will my PSID and LAMS login Credentials change? (CBRE team only)

Your PSID will remain the same, but you will receive new LAMS login credentials. The LAMS application interface and navigation remains unchanged for all transferring employees.

Q2. How will my existing leave balance will be considered? (CBRE team only)

Your PL/CL/SL leave balance as at the last date at CBRE, will be reflected as your opening balance effective date of transition in LAMS application.

Q3. I am on approved leave on dates falling beyond the transition date. Will that be honoured? (CBRE team only)

Yes, any pre-approved leave will be honoured. You may be required to input the leave details in LAMS post the transition date.

Q4. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding Leave and Attendance?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or individual following the current protocol.

Q5. Will there be any impact on my benefits under this transition?

All benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of transition date.

Q6. I have opted for National Pension Scheme and/or Meal Voucher. How will this be treated in the new entity? (CBRE team only)

Both these benefits will be carried over according to your existing choices in the new entity. However, employees will have the flexibility to opt in or out of these benefits anytime during the year, based on their choice.

Q7. How will the transition affect my retirement benefits? (CBRE team only)

All retirement benefits, including contributions to retirement plans, will continue as per current policies. There will be no disruption in the accumulation of your retirement benefits. From administrative perspective, you would be required to initiate an online PF transfer post two months from the date of transition.

Q8. How will I receive my Form 16? (CBRE team only)

Form 16 will be provided to all employees in June 2025 as per the current process.

Q9. I have leased a company car. How will this arrangement be handled under the new entity? (CBRE team only)

With your consent, your lease will be transferred to the new entity effective from the date of transition. Our people operations and Finance team will facilitate the process. There will be no charges towards the lease transfer. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

Q10. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding Payroll, payslips and other benefits?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or individual following the current protocol.

Q11. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including Group Medical Insurance, Group Term Insurance, Group Accidental Insurance will remain unchanged as of the transition date.

Q12. How will the pending and ongoing insurance claims be settled? (CBRE team only)

Any pending claim for hospitalization with a discharge date on or before the transition date will be settled by CBRE. Claims under the discharge dates on or after transition date will be settled under the new entity.

Q13. Who should I contact for any insurance related queries or issues with claims? (CBRE team only)

The SPOC for insurance related queries will remain unchanged. Employees can continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for any queries or support.

Q14. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as a result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Q15. Will there be any impact on the upcoming performance cycle due to this transition?

The Performance Management process, guideline, and timelines remain unchanged even after the transition date.

Q16. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional Certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity? (CBRE team only)

Employees will continue to have access to all existing learning resources, including the PMP certification under the new entity.

Q17. Who should I contact for any hiring/ related queries or support?

The SPOC will remain unchanged, and employees may continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for assistance.

Q18. What will happen to new hires? Will vacancies be posted by Turner and Townsend after the transition?

At this point all vacancies would be posted on both systems whist the transition is ongoing.

Q19. What benefits can CBRE employees anticipate as they transition to Turner and Townsend after the integration?

Our employees will continue to receive all benefits, according to current processes and practices. There will be no immediate changes to their benefits structure. In the long term, benefits will be harmonized at the combined entity level, ensuring that all terms and conditions remain as favourable to our employees as they are today.

Q20. How will the Performance Linked Bonus (PLB) be handled after the integration with Turner and Townsend? Will the current PLB structure stay the same, or will it be revised or integrated into Turner and Townsend's incentive plans?

Our employees will continue to receive all benefits, including any Performance Linked Bonus (PLB), according to current processes and practices. There will be no immediate changes to their benefits structure. In the long term, benefits will be harmonized at the combined entity level, ensuring that all terms and conditions remain as favourable to our employees as they are today.

Q21. Will there be any ongoing project and team shuffling following the integration of CBRE and Turner and Townsend?

There is unlikely to be any change or impact from the integration on reporting structures and project allocations. Any adjustments will follow our current practices and align with business requirements.

Q22. Will there be any changes to designations during or after this transition?

There will be no immediate changes to the current designation hierarchy. In the long term, the organizational hierarchy will be harmonized at the combined entity level, ensuring that any changes to designations (if applicable) accurately reflect the employee's current level.

Q23. After the integration, will we have the opportunity to work on infrastructure, energy, and natural resources projects?

The integrated entity offers our employees enhanced opportunities to engage in various business verticals. We are united as one team, working toward a common goal.
