Philip Matthews - Managing Director, Ireland

As Managing Director of Turner & Townsend in Ireland, Philip Matthews has over 29 years’ experience in the construction industry. Philip joined Turner & Townsend in 2015 and has previously held a number of roles since joining, including Real Estate Commercial Director, Project Management cost centre lead and Ireland Real Estate lead. Based in Madrid, Elena holds the dual role of Head of Sales Advisory for PJM, Continental Europe and Head of Business Development for PJM Iberia. She is focused on identifying new strategic business opportunities, setting the sales strategy and managing client relations within project management.
