Q1. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find Go-to-market guidelines, Logos, Templates, Typography (Fonts) and more.

Q2. What could I do for my email signature?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q3. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q4. What wording can I use in bids or proposals to explain the deal?

HR

Q1. Important points to note for leave and attendance.

All processes, tools, and benefits, including the leave structure, will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1 April 2025.

Employees’ date of joining at CBRE will be honoured by Turner & Townsend for the purpose of statutory benefits, privilege leave accumulation, privilege leave encashment as per current policy, and long service awards.

Q2. Will my People Soft login credentials change?

Your login credentials will remain unchanged.

Q3. How will my existing leave balance be considered?

Your leave balance will remain unchanged, as you will continue to use the same portal for leave applications.

Q4. I am on approved leave in April 2025. Will that be honoured?

Yes, any pre-approved leave will be honoured.

Q5. Who do I reach out to if have any queries regarding leave and attendance?

The specified points of contact (SPOC) details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or to the Turner & Townsend's HR team.

Q6. Will gazetted public holidays that fall on a Saturday be observed?

Yes, replacement leave will be credited to the employee’s leave entitlement.

Q7. Important points to note for payroll, reimbursement and taxation.

All processes, tools, and benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1 April 2025.

As all PJM employees will transition to Turner & Townsend, employees should submit all pending expenses before 31 March 2025. Failure to do so may impact your salary for March 2025.

Q8. Will there be any changes on the retrieval of payslips?

No changes, you may continue to retrieve your payslips via the myCBRE portal.

Q9. What will be the process to submit expenses?

No change in process, staff are still able to submit their expenses via the myCBRE portal.

Q10. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding payroll, payslips, and other benefits?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out the same team or to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Q11. If I’m entitled for a salary increment and performance bonus, who will be issuing these letters?

The Turner & Townsend HR team will issue out the letters based on the CBRE Compensation Statement.

Q12. The offer letter only indicates the bonus and salary amount but not the increment. Where can we find that information?

The information about the increment is stated in your employment contract under the “Salary” clause.

Q13. 2025/2026 merit Increase and performance bonus - Since the transfer date is on 1 April 2025, would my increment/bonus be prorated?

No,the increment/bonus will not be prorated. Turner & Townsend will continue to honour your CBRE years of service and the salary increment/bonus will be subject to individual and Company performance.

Q14. Important points to note for insurance

There will be no changes to your insurance benefits coverage.

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out the same team or to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Q15. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including group medical insurance, group term life insurance, group accidental insurance will remain unchanged as of 1 April 2025.

Q16. How will the pending and ongoing insurance claims be settled?

Any pending medical claims dated before 31 March 2025, will need to be submitted in the system on or before 31 March 2025.

Q17. Who should I contact for any insurance related queries or issues with claims?

The SPOC for insurance related queries will remain unchanged. Employees can continue to reach out to the same team or to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Q18. Will I continue to be entitled to the dental and optician benefit?

Medical benefits will remain unchanged as of 1 April 2025.

Q19. Important points to note for performance management.

There will be no change in the reporting structures with Turner & Townsend as of 1 April 2025.

Employees will continue to follow the existing performance management and appraisal process, guidelines, and timelines.

For the financial year 2024-25, performance appraisal and increments will occur in March/ April 2025 in line with overall CBRE performance management process timelines.

Goal planning forms and performance review forms will remain accessible to employees and managers on Talent Coach.

Q20. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as a result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Q21. Important points to note for learning and development.

All processes, tools, and benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1 April 2025.

Employees will retain access to their learning hours history and learning assignments in Talent Coach and will continue to have access to all existing learning resources.

Q22. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity?

Employees will continue to have access to all existing internal learning resources, including the Talent Coach and LinkedIn Learning.

Q23. How do I submit my external learning request under the new entity?

Employees are required to fill in the learning and development form provided, following Turner & Townsend governance which is subject to approval.

Q24. Important points to note for hiring and onboarding.

The process of raising job requisitions will remain the same as CBRE hiring process. There will be no changes to IT equipment and the induction process.

Q25. Who should I contact for any hiring or onboarding related queries or support?

The SPOC will remain unchanged, and employees may continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for assistance.

Q26. Who can I contact for additional support during this transition?

For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your regional heads or regional people business partners, who will guide you to the appropriate resources.

Q27. Where can I find Turner & Townsend’s “Standards of Business Conduct” and all other Company policies and procedures?

As part of the transition to Turner & Townsend, we acknowledge that the continuity of your benefits and perks is important. Therefore, until we complete the harmonisation of our respective programmes, your existing benefits and perks will remain aligned with the CBRE Employee Handbook. This means that your eligibility, coverage, and administration of benefits spelled out in the handbook will continue to follow the guidelines outlined in the CBRE Employee Handbook.

We are actively working towards integrating all aspects of our employee experience, including benefits and perks. We will provide regular updates on the progress of this harmonisation process. In the meantime, please refer to the CBRE Employee Handbook for any questions or information regarding your current benefits and perks.

IT

Q1. Important points to note for IT access and support

All processes and tools will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1 April 2025.

Employees will continue to use their CBRE email address and domain IDs and will retain access to existing tools and platforms.

Employees will continue to use their current laptops and IT systems.

Q2. Will I be able to access my archived e-mails and current drives?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q3. Will I be able to access the CBRE intranet and shared drives with other departments and global teams?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q4. Who should I contact for any IT related queries or support?

The SPOC will remain unchanged, and employees may continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for assistance.
