Q1. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find Go-to-market guidelines, Logos, Templates, Typography (Fonts) and more.

Q2. What could I do for my email signature?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q3. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q4. What wording can I use in bids or proposals to explain the deal?

HR

Leave and attendance

Important points to note:

All terms and conditions and benefits, including leave entitlement will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1st October 2025, with the exception of processes and tools.

Employees’ date of joining at CBRE will be honoured under Turner & Townsend for the purpose of statutory benefits, privilege leave accumulation, privilege leave encashment as per current policy, and long service awards.

Q1. Will my PSID and LAMS login Credentials change?

Your PSID will remain the same to log in to Talent Coach. You will receive new login credentials to access to Turner & Townsend’s iTrent self-service system for application of leave (including annual leave and sick leave).

Q2. How will my existing leave balance will be considered?

Your leave balance as of 30th September 2025 will carry over to Turner & Townsend. Effective 1st October 2025 you will be using iTrent self-service system for application of leave.

Q3. I am on approved leave in October 2025. Will that be honoured?

Yes, any pre-approved vocational leave will be honoured. However, from the system’s perspective you may be required reapply them in iTrent self-service system on 1st October 2025.

Q4. Who do I reach out to if have any queries regarding leave and attendance?

Please reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Q5. Do I need to submit timesheets?

Yes, training for submitting timesheets will be provided by the Finance team in October.

Payroll, reimbursement and taxation

Important points to note:

All benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1st October 2025.

As all PJM employees will transition to Turner & Townsend, employees should submit all pending expenses before 30th September 2025. Failure to do so may impact your salary for September 2025.

Employees are encouraged to download their payslip, IT Computation sheet and other personal salary documents from payroll system for their future records before 30th September 2025.

Q6. Will there be any changes to the payroll schedule after the transfer?

Yes, salaries will be credited to you on the 15th and the last working day of each month.

Q7. What happens to my existing tax documents after the transfer?

Your tax will be computed up until end of September 2025. Any tax refund will be credited on the employee's final pay if applicable. No action is expected from the employee unless instructed by HR.

Q8. Will the company continue to provide Social Security Contribution?

Yes, all social security contribution will continue as per the existing legal requirements. The transfer will not affect your benefits or contributions.

Q9. Will there be any changes on retrieving of payslip from 1st October 2025?

Yes, you will receive your Turner & Townsend payslip via email from our payroll vendor TMF.

Q10. What will be process of submitting expenses?

Expense will be submitted via the D365 system. Training will be provided on Turner & Townsend’s e-learning system.

Q11. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding Payroll, payslips, and other benefits?

Please reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Insurance

Important points to note:

Turner & Townsend is still in the midst of discussion with insurance broker. A communication session will be arranged on 2nd week of October 2025.

Q12. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including Group Medical Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Accidental Insurance will move to new provider. For more information, please refer to the comms deck.

Q13. Who should I contact for any insurance related queries or issues with claims?

Claim or receipt dated on or before 30 September 2025, please look for CBRE HR personnel

Claim or receipt dated on or after 1st October 2025, please look for Turner & Townsend HR personnel.

IT access and support

Important points to note:

Employees will receive new login credentials to login to Turner & Townsend SharePoint on 1st October 2025.

Employees will continue to use their CBRE email address and domain IDs and will retain access to existing learning platform – Talent Coach only.

Employees will continue to use their current laptops.

Q14. Will I be able to access my archived e-mails and current drives?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q15. Will I be able to access the CBRE intranet and shared drives with other departments and global teams?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q16. Who should I contact for any IT related queries or support?

Employees may continue to reach out to POC for assistance from CBRE or Turner & Townsend.

Performance management

Important points to note:

There will be no change in the reporting structures with Turner & Townsend as of 1st October 2025.

Employees will follow the Turner & Townsend performance management and appraisal process, guidelines, and timelines effective from 1st October 2025.

For the financial year 2024-25, performance appraisal and increments will occur in April in line with overall CBRE performance management process timelines.

Goal Planning forms and Performance Review forms will remain accessible to employees and managers on Talent Coach.

Q17. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Learning and development

Important points to note:

All employees will use new Turner & Townsend e-learning system (Advance) as of 1st October 2025.

Employees will retain access their Learning Hours history and learning assignments in Talent Coach and will continue to have access to all existing learning resources.

Q18. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional Certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity?

Employees will continue to have access to all existing learning resources, including the PMP certification under the new entity.

Hiring and onboarding

Important points to note:

The process of raising Job requisitions, hiring, background verification and onboarding will follow Turner & Townsend processes effective from October 2025.

Q19. Who should I contact for any hiring/ related queries or support?

Employees reach out to the Turner & Townsend HR team.

Other important information

Employees will continue to operate from same office/ client location under the new set up. Any change will be communicated to employees in advance.

Q20. Who can I contact for additional support during this transition?

For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your Regional Heads or Regional People Business Partners, who will guide you to the appropriate resources.
