Q1. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find Go-to-market guidelines, Logos, Templates, Typography (Fonts) and more.

Q2. What could I do for my email signature?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q3. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q4. What wording can I use in bids or proposals to explain the deal?

HR

Q1. Will my PSID and LAMS login Credentials change? (CBRE team only)

Your PSID will remain the same, but you will receive new LAMS login credentials. The LAMS application interface and navigation remains unchanged for all employees.

Q2. How will my existing leave balance be considered? (CBRE team only)

Your Privilege Leave balance as on 31st December 2024 will be reflected as your opening balance effective from 1st January 2025 in LAMS application.

Q3. I am on approved leave in January 2025. Will that be honoured? (CBRE team only)

Yes, any pre-approved leave will be honoured. However, from system’s perspective you may be required to reapply them in LAMS post 1st January 2025.

Q4. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding Leave and Attendance?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or individual following the current protocol.

Q5. I am a Singaporean and PR, will there be any changes to my IR8A?

No changes to IR8A, 2024 income will be filed as per normal.

Q6. I am a foreigner, holding an Employment Pass or SPass. Do I need tax clearance? (CBRE team only)

Yes, once your Employment Pass or SPass has been approved by Ministry of Manpower. CBRE will need to file for IR21, employees will need to write in to IRAS, if they wish to continue with Giro payment. Please reach out to the People team for guidance if you have any question on the process.

Q7. Will there be any changes on retrieving of payslip? (CBRE team only)

No changes, you may continue to retrieve your payslip via myCBRE portal.

Q8. What will be the process of submitting expenses? (CBRE team only)

No change in process, staff are still able to submit their expenses via myCBRE portal.

Q9. Who do I reach out to if I have any queries regarding Payroll, payslips, and other benefits?

The SPOC details for all processes remains unchanged. Please reach out to the same team or individual following the current protocol.

Q10. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including Group Medical Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Accidental Insurance will remain unchanged as of 1st January 2025.

Q11. How will the pending and ongoing insurance claims be settled? (CBRE team only)

Any pending medical claim dated before 31st December 2024, will need to submit in the system on or before 31st December 2024.

Q12. Who should I contact for any insurance related queries or issues with claims? (CBRE team only)

The SPOC for insurance related queries will remain unchanged. Employees can continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for any queries or support.

Q13. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as a result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Q14. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional Certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity? (CBRE team only)

Employees will continue to have access to all existing learning resources, including the PMP certification under the new entity.

Q15. Who should I contact for any hiring/ related queries or support?

The SPOC will remain unchanged, and employees may continue to reach out to same SPOCs for assistance.

Q16. What is the process for transferring an Employment Pass (EP) or S Pass to a new entity in Singapore? (CBRE team only)

Turner & Townsend will submit a new application for an Employment Pass or S Pass with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). The existing pass remains valid until the new pass is approved. Shall the EP, or SPass is not approved by 31st December 2024, the employee shall continue to work under CBRE until the new pass is approved and issued.

Q17. How long does it take to process the Employment Pass or S Pass transfer application?

The processing time for Employment Pass and S Pass applications typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on various factors such as the type of pass, completeness of the application, and whether additional documents or clarifications are required.

Q18. What happen if the EP/S Pass application got delayed or rejected? (CBRE team only)

The employee shall continue to work under CBRE until the new pass is approved and issued.

Q19. Who can I contact for additional support during this transition?

For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your Regional Heads or Regional People Business Partners, who will guide you to the appropriate resources.

IT

Q1. Will I be able to access my achieved e-mails and current drives?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q2. Will I be able to access the CBRE intranet and shared drives with other departments and global teams?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q3. Who should I contact for any IT related queries or support?

The SPOC will remain unchanged, and employees may continue to reach out to the same SPOCs for assistance.
