Q1. Where could I find the branding guidelines and templates?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find Go-to-market guidelines, Logos, Templates, Typography (Fonts) and more.

Q2. What could I do for my email signature?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find the instruction on how to update your email signature directly in Outlook.

Q3. Could I find any teams background for my meetings?

In the Loop, go to Downloads section and scroll down to Brand Downloads, you will be able to find a selection of desktop backgrounds and virtual backgrounds with our branded elements.

Q4. What wording can I use in bids or proposals to explain the deal?

Q1. Important points to note regarding leave and attendance.

Effective 1 October 2025, all processes, tools, and employee benefits, including the leave structure, will transition to Turner & Townsend for all employees. The only exception is the Learning Platform, which will continue to use Talent Coach for the performance review process.

Employees’ latest date of joining at CBRE will be honoured under Turner & Townsend for the purpose of statutory benefits, privilege leave accumulation, privilege leave encashment as per current policy, and long service awards.

Q2. Will my People Soft login change?

Your login credentials for downloading previous payslips will remain unchanged. From October onwards, payslips will be sent by our payroll vendor, TMF, to your company email address.

Q3. How will my existing leave balance will be considered?

Your annual leave accrued up to 30 September 2025 will be carried forward to the Turner & Townsend iTrent system. All leave applications and approvals will be processed through this system. To apply leave, please access iTrent self-service system by logging in at turntown.com. Turner & Townsend will provide training for the e-leave system in due course.

Q4. I am on approved leave in October 2025. Will that be honoured?

Yes, any pre-approved leave will be honoured.

Q6. Important points to note regarding payroll, reimbursement and taxation.

As all PJM employees will transition to Turner & Townsend, employees should submit all pending expenses before 30 September 2025. From October 2025 onwards, please follow Turner & Townsend’s expense claim procedure.

Q7. I have been receiving mobile allowance, but this is not included in my contract. Will I continue to receive this mobile allowance?

Yes, if you are currently receiving mobile allowance, this will continue.

Q8. How will Turner & Townsend handle the National Health Insurance?

Turner & Townsend will handle the National Health Insurance (NHI) as follows:

  1. Continuity of Coverage: CBRE will process your withdrawal from NHI on 30 September, and Turner & Townsend will enrol you on 1 October. Your NHI card’s medical benefits will remain unaffected.
  2. Premium Calculation: Insured Salary**× 5.17% × (1 + number of dependents) × contribution ratio (Employer: 60 percent; Employee: 30 percent), consistent with your previous company. Your dependents (if any) will be automatically transferred to Turner & Townsend’s coverage without reapplication.   3. Insured Salary: If your salary structure remains unadjusted, your NHI Insured Salary will stay at the original level.

Q9. How will Turner & Townsend handle the Labor Pension?

Turner & Townsend will comply with legal requirements to ensure your rights as follows:

  1. Continuity of Personal Account: Your Labor Pension personal account remains unchanged (account number linked to your ID). Turner & Townsend will continue contributing 6 percent of your Insured Salary to the same account.
  2. Consistent Contribution Amount: The contribution base aligns with your previous company.
  3. Uninterrupted Earnings Accumulation: Historically accumulated principal and earnings remain in the account. Turner & Townsend’s contributions will be added starting October.

Q10. How will Turner & Townsend handle the Labor Insurance?

Turner & Townsend will handle Labor Insurance as follows:

CBRE will process your Labor Insurance withdrawal on 30 September, and Turner & Townsend will complete your enrolment on 1 October, ensuring zero interruption in coverage.

Premiums are still calculated as monthly insured salary bracket × 12.5% premium rate, with unchanged sharing ratios (Employer: 70 percent; Employee: 20 percent; Government: 10 percent).

Q11. Is there any impact on my Individual Tax?

Turner & Townsend will calculate, withhold, remit, and declare taxes per Taiwan’s Individual Income Tax laws.

Changes in Withholding Tax Calculation:

January–September: CBRE withholds/remits taxes monthly and declares annually.

October–December: Turner & Townsend withholds/remits taxes starting October and declares October–December taxes annually.

Annual Tax Filing required next year:

As you worked for two companies in 2025, you will receive two withholding certificates and must file a comprehensive income tax return by May 2026.

Q12. Are there any changes to employee welfare benefits?

According to the Labor Welfare Funds Act, only enterprises with 50 or more regularly employed employees are legally required to allocate welfare funds and establish an Employee Welfare Committee (EWC).

Currently, Turner & Townsend Taiwan Branch has fewer than 50 employees, so it is not mandatory to establish an EWC or allocate welfare funds. Additionally, the previous 0.5 percent deduction from salaries is no longer applicable.

To maintain employee welfare benefits, Turner & Townsend will retain to offer festival subsidies, travel credit, wedding allowance and childbirth allowances. However, these benefits will be paid out in your payroll and will be subject to individual income tax.

Q13. Are there any changes to the allowances and travel and expenses process?

Starting 1 October 2025, all expense claims will follow the D365 expense claim procedure. For any business trip, employees are required to complete the Regional Travel Approval and Booking Form and obtain pre-approval from the Country Lead.

Approved expense claims will be processed for payment in the next month's payroll. Finance will arrange training workshop in due course.

Q15. Important points to note regarding insurance.

There are no changes to your insurance benefits coverage.

Q16. What will happen to my insurance benefits?

Insurance benefits including Group Term Life Insurance, Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance will remain unchanged as of 1 October 2025.

Q17. How will the pending and ongoing insurance claims be settled?

Any pending medical claim dated before 30 September 2025, will need to submit in the system on or before 30 September 2025.

Q19. Are there any changes to the annual medical checkup?

There are no changes to the coverage, service provider and the service procedure for the annual medical checkup.

Q20. How can I access EAP service?

Turner & Townsend uses the same EAP service provider as CBRE. Employees can access the EAP service via the following link and log in. Please note that the login code will be different.

Q21. Important points to note regarding performance management

There will be no change in the reporting structures with Turner & Townsend as of 1 October 2025.

Employees will continue to follow the existing performance management (Talent Coach) and appraisal process, guidelines, and timelines.

For the fiscal year 2025-26, performance appraisal and increments will occur in March/ April 2026 in line with overall CBRE performance management process timelines.

Goal planning forms and performance review forms will remain accessible to employees and managers on Talent Coach.

Q22. Will there be any changes to my job title or responsibilities?

There will be no immediate changes to job titles or responsibilities as a result of this transition. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance.

Q23. Important points to note regarding learning and development.

All processes, tools, and benefits will remain unchanged for all employees as of 1 October 2025.

Employees will retain access their learning hours history and learning assignments in Talent Coach and will continue to have access to all existing learning resources.

Q24. I am currently undergoing the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification sponsored by CBRE. How will this be treated under the new entity?

Employees will continue to have access to all existing learning resources, including the PMP certification under the new entity.

Q25. Important point to note for hiring and onboarding.

The process of raising job requisitions will follow Turner & Townsend’s hiring process.

Q26. Other important information

Employees will continue to operate from same office/ client location under the new set up. Any change will be communicated to employees in advance.

Q27. Which Employee Handbook do I refer to if I have any question?

Please refer to the Turner & Townsend Employee Handbook.

Q28. Will my working hours be changed to standard working hours?

You will continue to operate on the working hours per your discussion with your manager and project requirements.

Q29. Regarding the 2025/2026 bonus (paid out in April 2026), what is the bonus eligibility period?

Bonus eligibility period is from 1 January to 31 December 2025.

Q30. Do we need to update our business card?

Q31. Who can I contact for additional support during this transition?

IT access and support

Q1. Important points to note regarding IT access and support.

Employees will continue to use their CBRE email address and domain IDs and will retain access to existing tools and platforms. Employees will receive a turntown.com email address in due course to access the iTrent self-service system for e-leave applications.

Employees will continue to use their current laptops and IT systems.

Q2. Will I be able to access my achieved e-mails and current drives?

Yes, your access to current CBRE email will remain unchanged.

Q3. Will I be able to access the CBRE intranet and shared drives with other departments and global teams?

Yes, all access will remain unchanged.

Q4. Who should I contact for any IT related queries or support?

For PeopleSoft or Talent Coach issues, please reach out to the same SPOCs for assistance. For other IT technical support, please contact the CBRE IT team.
